Mucolytic Herbal Tea

As the weather cools down, having this tea on hand to reduce the severity and duration of sore throats, ease respiratory issues and reduce mucous is always handy.

Licorice root and Mullein are expectorants, helping to clear excess mucus from the upper and lower airways.

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects that aid in treating infections of mucus membranes and respiratory tract.
